This is a two story Craftsman style individual house for family. The porch is decorated with characteristic tapered thick columns. The exterior of the house is covered by a wood siding with realistic texture. The house has a big roof of asphalt shingles. The big roof is supported by brackets and extended eaves which is also a signature of the style. The lower part of the house has stone pattern. At the entrance you can see a characteristic Craftsman style door. There is also a back door at the back side. The building is made of high quality resin to conserve all the fine texture of the wall and roof and other parts. Some photos were taken with standard N scale human figures to compare the size. Available in grey or white color.
