The building is a one and half story cottage house with a parking. The front side of the house has a long porch. On the left side, there is a garage for cars. The roof has metallic texture and the walls has wooden siding texture. The windows has shutters. There is back door and a small porch on the back. The roof of the porch can be moved to facilitate the painting process, it can be reinstalled back without glue. The building is made of high quality resin to print the fine detail. Photos were taken with standard N scale human figures to compare the size.
