The building is a two and half Cape Cod style house. The whole building has a wood and brick structure with a big roof with slate. The wood siding is quite common in Cape Cod houses. The house has a back door near the kitchen at the back side. The space is very well organized in this vertical design. The wood wall texture and the slate texture are well printed at the N scale. The building is made of high quality resin to make the fine detail. Photos were taken with standard N scale train to compare the size.
