The design is inspired by some Cape Cod cottage. This is a one and half story cottage with side extension. The upper level of the house is a loft. The fire place is built at the back side of the house. There is also a back door with a little porch. The exterior of the house is made of wood sidings usually in green color. The building is made of high quality resin to print the fine texture and detail. One of the photos was taken with a standard N scale train to compare the size.
