The design is inspired by some brick structure country or suburban houses. The building is an one story cottage house with big attic space. The exterior of the house is a little Tudor style with all brick structure and a big steep roof. The front door is arched with brick decorations. A porch sits at the back side of the house providing space for relaxing activities. The building is made of high quality resin to print the fine texture and detail of the brick. A photo was taken with standard N scale train to compare the size.
